Scrapbook Calendars
2007
I love this idea — creating a calendar with all of my photos from the previous year. I’ve always done a family calendar — but with Shutterfly it’s so easy — just upload the photos — use one of their templates — add some special dates in — and you’re ready to go. It is going to save me tons of money and time this year! Very cool.
Love to Read?
2007
If you love to read — like I do — check out my new Amazon.com bookstore. I’m getting ready to move — and have hundreds of brand new books (or barely used books) that I’m trying to sell before I move. I have lots of LDS books, self-help or self-improvement books, business books, and much more.
I really hate to get rid of books, but I have way too many to move and I’m never going to read them all — so I decided finally to simplify my life and give others a great deal on great books.
Scrapbook Supplies on Sale
2007
So, I’ve started listing my scrapbook supplies on sale through eBay. Check back often because I’ll be listing new items over the next week or so. Here is just a small sampling of what is up there right now. Stickers, rubber stamps, patterns, and much more to come.
Free Digital Scrapbook Elements
2007
If you like getting stuff for free (like me!) you’ll love the free digital scrapbook elements from Scrap Girls. Just sign up for their newsletter and every few days you’ll get a great newsletter with scrapbooking tips — plus several free digital scrapbook elements — like digital papers, stickers, fonts, frames, etc. All of the freebies include sample layouts — so you not only get some free scrapbook stuff, but you also get free scrapbook ideas. One of my favorite scrapbooking resources.
Get free photo prints
2007
If you’re like me you take most of your photos with a digital camera — it’s way more convenient than film cameras, you can take a ton of photos and not run out of film, you don’t have to wait to get your film developed before you know if you have some good shots, and you can experiment a bit and be creative without worrying if you’ll end up spending hundreds of dollars on prints.
I also like to use Snapfish to get my digital photos printed for my scrapbooking. It’s so easy — just upload the images you want to get printed, select what size and how many you want. They print them and mail them to you. It’s really convenient and right now you can get your first 20 prints FREE! Plus, get 4×6″ prints as low as 12-cents at Snapfish by HP!
Anyway, just wanted to share. Let me know if you have other sources you like to get your prints done.
The Secret – Oprah
2007
I loved the DVD “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne and it was spotlighted on Oprah both this week and last week. The Secret focuses on the Law of Attraction — what you focus on is what you get in life.
Anyway, with my Bookwise store, I can sell the book for only $16.77. If you’re interested click on the link above, select Catalog and Advice, How-To — then you can sign up as a preferred customer and get books at a discount. I haven’t read the book yet, but have ordered it and can’t wait to see how close it follows the DVD. I’m also excited that they announced on Oprah they are doing a sequel for The Secret which should come up sometime this year.
If you haven’t seen it or read the book, it really can help you decide what it is you want in life and help you achieve your goals. It’s a good way to get a new perspective.
Paintings on Sale – Walter Rane, Eric Dowdle
2007
Hi all — I’ve just listed a few paintings for sale on my eBay store — http://stores.ebay.com/Stuff-n-Things. The paintings are beautiful, framed, canvas wrapped lithographs. They range from the Last Supper, to the Empty Tomb (would be a great gift for Easter), to Noah’s Ark, and the Parable of the 10 Virgins. Check them out. They really are beautiful and for good prices.
