Do you have great online digital scrapbooks? Do you want to be able to share them with family and friends? I think it’s a great idea to be able to put your scrapbooks online — for several reasons. I love free blogger — however some might want to have privacy options, security of some type, ability to FTP files (multiple images), etc — which are not available through blogger. But if you want to share your ideas, scrapbooks, photos and thoughts with the world, then blogger is certainly a good way to go.
